Q: Do you groom all types of dogs and cats?
A: Yes, we cater to a wide variety of breeds and sizes. Our groomers are trained to handle pets with different coat types, temperaments, and special requirements.
Q: How do you handle nervous or aggressive pets?
A: Our groomers are experienced in working with nervous or aggressive pets. We use gentle handling techniques and may recommend shorter sessions or breaks as needed. Please let us know when you are scheduling an appointment if this is your pup so we can find a quiet time to accommodate them. For extremely anxious pets, we may suggest a consultation with a veterinarian.
Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A: When booking a service we require a 50% non refundable deposit. If you need to cancel, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this period will lose the deposit. If you cancel before 48 hours, the deposit will go on your account as store credit towards your next grooming session. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Q: How much does grooming cost?
A: Our prices vary based on the size of your pet, the type of grooming, and any additional services requested. Please refer to our pricing page or contact us directly for a detailed quote.
Q: How often should my pet be groomed?
A: The frequency of grooming depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, pets should be groomed every 4 to 6 weeks. Monthly appointments can keep your dog fresh and clean, but also, groomers see all of your dog and catch things you may miss, such as growths or skin irritations. Our groomers can provide personalized recommendations based on your pet’s needs.
Q: Can I request a specific groomer?
A: Absolutely! If your pet has a favorite groomer, you can request them when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
